Quick Take: ic! berlin and interior designer Sebastian Herkner have collaborated to create a capsule collection inspired by historical locations in Berlin.
Specifics: The four frames in the collection are Bellevue, Dahlem, Avus, and Hansa, named after some of Berlin’s most iconic locations. Bellevue is an inverse hybrid sunglasses, composed of an acetate base with metal German stainless steel accents, named after Germany’s presidential palace. Dahlem is an inverse hybrid optical frame, made to echo the feeling of one of Berlin’s most affluent areas. Avus, a metal aviator sunglass style, features an engraving on the outside of the lens. Finally, Hansa, an optical aviator, is inspired by a Berlin’s famous Hansa recording studio.
