NEW YORK—We’re hurtling toward the end of the year, which means, of course, that we’re firmly in the “use it or lose it” season for HSA/FSA benefits. This time of year is often a busy season for everyone—from the holidays to wrapping up work for the year—and it’s easy for things to fall through the cracks or get pushed off until sometime in the new year. As 2022 begins to wrap up, independent ECPs across the country are taking a moment to remind patients to use up their HSA/FSA benefits, encouraging them to schedule their annual appointment or pick out a new pair of frames before these benefits expire. 

This week, we’re taking a look at how some indies are spreading the “use it or lose it” message before the end of the year.
