RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.—VSP Vision Care has released new research, conducted by Workplace Intelligence, that revealed 82 percent of Gen Z employees are working longer hours, including nights and weekends, and 54 percent said their eye health is worsening as a result. The survey, which polled 800 human resource benefit leaders and 800 additional full-time employees at U.S. organizations, highlights concerns regarding excessive screen time among today's workforce as well as symptoms that are consistent with digital eyestrain.
