OCLI, which is supported by the management and administrative services of Spectrum Vision Partners (SVP), is one of the leading ophthalmology practices in the U.S. with 20 state-of-the-art clinics in the New York area, and it provides patients with a wide range of ophthalmic services and treatments.The terms of the new partnership were not disclosed. Spectrum Vision Partners is a portfolio company of private equity firm Blue Sea Capital. “My colleagues and I are honored to be members of OCLI Vision’s team of internationally known eyecare leaders,” Keystone Eye’s Dennis Slochower, MD, said in the recent announcement. “We share their commitment to providing patients with the highest level of ophthalmic services and we’ll continue to serve our community with a seamless continuum of expert eyecare.” Spectrum Vision Partners serves many of the top ophthalmology groups and ambulatory eye surgery centers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. The new investors were listed as co-investors alongside Blue Sea Capital, as VMAIL reported.
