BANGKOK and TOKYO–Nidek Co., Ltd., a leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic, optometric, and lens edging equipment, has formed a partnership with Hoya Vision Care (HOCPF), a leader in optical technology innovation. The global agreement creating a partnership between Nidek and Hoya Vision Care, provides eyecare professionals (ECPs) the opportunity to access "a complete portfolio of state-of-the-art optical instruments and products to provide a full-service approach to patient care, from eye examination, to consultation through to the final delivery of the high quality spectacle lenses," the companies said in a joint statement.

This alliance offers Hoya’s ECP partners access to Nidek’s industry leading optical products, services and instruments through both local distributors. This will enhance an ECPs' ability to offer their patients the latest in eye and vision examination equipment, visual quality and performance, the companies said.
