NEW YORK—Vision Monday will be hosting a special luncheon event and program to pay tribute to this year's roster of 2023 Most Influential Women (MIW) in Optical on Sept. 29 during Vision Expo West in Las Vegas. This year's list of honorees will be featured in the July/August print and digital editions of VM. The Special Report will be posted in VMAIL and on VisionMonday.com on July 31. These women, along with many prior year MIW honorees and other guests, will be celebrated at the special event in Las Vegas.

The program will also feature a dynamic guest keynote speaker, Simone Ahuja, a best-selling author, Harvard Business Review contributor and business school advisor who will speak about innovation and "intrepreneurship" to the audience. This is the 21st year of Vision Monday's Most Influential Women in Optical Report, its honorees selected by VM's editors based on nomination submissions from its readers. Since its inception, VM has honored more than 700 women across all facets of the field.
