JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—Advancing Eyecare, a leading ophthalmic instrumentation company, has announced the formation of its new executive leadership team, primed to steer the company to new levels of success, the company said in an announcement. Currently comprised of Lombart Healthcare, Marco Healthcare, Santinelli International, INNOVA Medical, S4Optik and other leading brands, Advancing Eyecare is led by chief executive officer Jim McGrann. Additional leadership team members include David Spear, chief strategy officer, Wayne Stobie, chief operating officer, and Maureen Cavanagh, board member and acting chief sales officer, bringing more than 115 years of collective experience in the optical industry to the company.

"The diverse perspectives and strategic acumen of Advancing Eyecare’s new leadership are instrumental in navigating the evolving landscape of our industry,” said McGrann. “This powerful team’s commitment to excellence extends far beyond instrumentation; it encompasses every facet of our service offerings. We are transforming the way we support ECPs, and we are excited to showcase our strong industry partnerships and new capabilities at Vision Expo East.”

Several Advancing Eyecare brands (Marco, Lombart and Santinelli) will be featuring their latest technologies at the show in New York City this week. To empower eyecare practitioners to meet the evolving needs of patients, these new products surround the digitization of the practice, remote refraction opportunities and exam flexibility, patient-driven refractions, virtual reality, dry eye management, myopia management and others, the company said.

“The increased demand in the volume of medical exams will require doctors to add more diagnostic and treatment capabilities, see more patients, and maximize their efficiencies within their practice,” noted McGrann. “We’re here to help them do just that.”

"We are reengineering the spectrum of information, options and choices available to practices across North America,” said Spear. “We are striving to provide an 'easy button' by offering a continuum of products, services and support, regardless of practice size or business model. Many doctors may be working with one of our brands, but may not realize the full spectrum of comprehensive instrumentation solutions across all of our brands.” Added McGrann, “There’s no single solution, but there’s always a best solution.”
