CHICAGO—The Seventh Annual Prevent Blindness Swing Fore Sight Golf Tournament, held in conjunction with Vision Expo West, will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014, at the Spanish Trail Country Club, Las Vegas. Swing Fore Sight brings together leaders in the vision industry to help raise much-needed funds to support Prevent Blindness, the nation’s oldest volunteer eye health non-profit organization.

The Transitions Healthy Sight for Life Fund will serve as the event’s gold sponsor. Additional sponsors to date include Essilor USA, Zyloware, Vision Expo, Hilco, Solution Reach, Gilberts Displays, Marchon, 1-800 Contacts, Spectera, National Association of Vision Care Plans (NAVCP), Refac , REM Eyewear and Vision Ease.

Sponsorships are available including the silver sponsor, cart sponsor, hole sponsors, golfer gift sponsors and more.

Foursomes are available for $2,750 and individual golf slots are $700 for the four-person scramble. This year’s Swing Fore Sight golf committee includes chair Mike Daley, the Vision Council; co-chair Michael Block, The Block Business Group; and honorary chair Dave Pierson.
