Acclaimed violinist, composer and educator Mari Kimura performed two special shows with famed Japanese pianist Kunihiko Sugano last month at the Japan Club in New York City. It was the first encounter for the two musicians, who played a set of jazz standards for an appreciative audience.
Kimura’s performance at this year’s VM Global Leadership Summit was a highlight of the event.
