GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.—Blue Sky Vision, which provides a menu of management services to eyecare practices, announced today (Aug. 28) that it has reached a partnership agreement with Optometrists of Lansing, which has been serving the greater Lansing, Mich., area for more than 50 years. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Optometrists of Lansing provides a wide range of services, including comprehensive eyecare, specialty contact lens fittings, sports vision services, low vision rehabilitation and treatment of eye injuries and diseases, according to the announcement.

“Drs. Carrigan, [Samuel] Estes and [Paul] Kennedy pride themselves in building lasting relationships with patients, many of which span decades,” Blue Sky Vision chief executive officer Bill Hughson said in the announcement. “They are a dynamic addition to our Blue Sky Vision family of partners.”
