Dynavision to Re-Sell Eyeport Vision Training System

More Images
Product:
Eyeport Vision Training System
Top Line: Dynavision International has announced that they will re-sell the Eyeport Vision Training System, adding a complement to their D2 vision training products. Eyeport will be resold into the Dynavision athletic, rehab and home athletic markets.
Close Up: Eyeport uses a patented system of alternating red and blue lights that trigger responses in the eye due chromatic aberration. The focusing system contracts when it sees red and relaxes looking at blue. By combining eye exercises with specific colored lights, the Eyeport strengthens vision skills.
D2 is a training device that improves reaction time, hand-eye coordination, peripheral awareness, cognitive processing, agility and other visual‐motor and movement skills for athletes, rehab patients, tactical and others.
“The cognitive challenge and physical movement aspects of the Dynavision D2 are not represented by Eyeport, which makes the product incredibly complementary to the D2 because of its own its own visual field training strengths,” said Dynavision CEO Phil Jones. “Eyeport will improve visual performance in the comfort of your home or office and will demonstrate weaknesses in the visual field and help work to correct them.”
Vital Stats: The Eyeport is priced at $239 to consumers, and can be found on the Dynavision website.

Precision Tool Technologies Intros QC²

More Images
Product:
QC² lens (Quick Check/Quality Control)
Top Line: Precision Tool Technologies, Inc. is introducing the QC² lens. The QC² lens (patent pending) grid design provides a quick visual check for identifying axis and position errors as well as combination errors in the lens finishing process.
Close Up: Axis and positioning errors can occur in many different areas; tracing, layout and edging. Slip/twist during edging, wrong drill hole locations or human error are also contributing factors in axis errors. By using the QC² lens to identify and correct individual or combination errors, guesswork is eliminated at final inspection in determining where the error occurred.
The QC² lens is designed to be used every day in the lab’s set up process for checking size and axis on edgers. In addition to checking size and axis, the QC² lens validates the entire finishing process. The QC² lens Quality Control process helps to provide the lab with first-time throughput, eliminating the cost and time of redoing today’s expensive lenses.
Vital Stats: The QC² lens is designed to work in conjunction with Precision Tool Technologies’ current products: Truform Tracing Standard, Lens Alignment Gauges, Drilled Rimless Gauges and the Digi-Sizer II for digital measurement of the lens circumference.
