Product:
OAC 25 AR Coater
Top Line: Coburn Technologies introduces the first, compact ion-assisted vacuum deposition AR coating system.
Close Up: Designed and manufactured by OptoTech, the OAC 25 is nearly identical to the largest, most powerful models in the OAC product line. The OAC 25 can produce various coatings including super hydrophobic, hydrophobic, premium AR, standard AR and mirrors. Its user-friendly touch screen provides simple push button operation of the entire system. ChromaGen Launches Second Generation Colored Filters

Product:
ChromaGen
Top Line: ChromaGen Vision is launching the second generation of its proprietary system of colored filters which can be prescribed as an aid for people with reading disabilities and colorblindness.
Close Up: The fitting of the haploscopic filters helps re-synchronize and selectively changes the wavelength of light going into both eyes in a dynamically balanced format. The use of different filters effectively changes the speed of the information in the brain’s neurological pathways allowing synchronization to take place.
Vital Stats: ChromaGen filters can either be embodied in a contact lens or worn as eyeglasses and can easily be incorporated into any existing prescription. The system has been expanded from eight to 16 different filters. The filters appear neutral gray when worn. The ChromaGen System has received a 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market its products. ChromGen Vision LLC has recently been granted a U.S. patent on the second generation of the ChromaGen technology. The company has entered into a partnership with Pech Optical, which will manufacture and distribute ChromaGen spectacle lenses.
