Marcolin Debuts Ermenegildo Zegna Collections
Quick Take: Marcolin Group has introduced the Ermenegildo Zegna eyewear collection and the Ermenegildo Zegna Couture collection.

Specifics: The Zegna eyewear collection includes two sunglass models and one optical frame, all with Zeiss lenses; while the The Zegna Couture collection includes three sunglass models and two optical frames, all marked with the iconic, handmade “XXX” logo made with vicuna cotton thread inside the tips and temple ends of each frame.
Selling Points: The Zegna eyewear collection offers the EZ0005 sunglass frame that is rounded and offset by transparent, colored temples with a chevron metal core bearing the brand’s logo. The EZ0009 sunglass features options like clear black or blue with temples that have leather inserts, or a Havana option, which has wood detailing with acetate temple tips. The EZ5005 optical frame has a rectangular acetate front joined to the temples with a metal logo plaque. FGX Introduces Redesigned Gargoyles Collection
Quick Take: After acquiring the brand in 2003, FGX International is launching a redesigned Gargoyles optical collection.
Wearer: Adhering to its legacy as a performance brand, the collection was made with active lifestyles in mind.
Specifics: There will be 16 new styles in five distinct stories – Technology, Contemporary Metals, Classic Metals, Contemporary Acetates and Sport – for a total of 43 frames.
Selling Points: The styles are made in a variety of high-quality materials, including titanium, pressed carbon fiber and TR 90. Technology frames have minimal titanium flex and hidden spring hinges, with flat metal construction and pressed carbon fiber temples. Altair Introduces Anne Klein Petite Collection

Selling Points: The Anne Klein optical collection is available in standard and specialty sizing, for customers with smaller or narrower faces. The AK5032 and AK5033 are styles with stainless steel frame fronts in contrasting tortoise, with the latter available in standard and petite sizing. The AK5034 and AK5035 frames are iconic to Anne Klein, with colored acetate and satin metal frame fronts in animal print. Both are offered in standard and petite sizing. The cat-eyed AK5036 has colored tortoise frame fronts that fade into light crystal colors, all available in standard and petite sizing. L’Amy America Debuts New Columbia Styles
Quick take: L’Amy America’s Columbia Eyewear introduces new ophthalmic and sunwear models for two of its collections.
Specifics: Six new ophthalmic models debut in the Columbia Sportswear collection and nine new sunglass models debut in the Columbia Performance Sunglass collection.

Prodesign Denmark Expands Essential Collection
ProDesign offers “monocolor that fools around with colorblocking tendencies” in its latest Essential Collection styles. After decades of exploring all kinds of color combination, the brand has taken the completely opposite approach, offering only one color, but a strong one, as the theme for this collection. Five styles, 1289-94, mix highly commercial shapes with more unique one, but they all have something in common, the tops have some volume, while the bottom is kept thin. The rounded finish of the edges makes this product nice to hold and wear; while all the frames are made in stainless steel and offered in plenty of colors and shapes, some in two sizes.
