A&A Optical Launches Crocs 2015 Collection

Quick Take: A&A Optical has launched their exclusive 2015 Crocs Eyewear collection.
Wearer: Male and female fans of the brand. The new Croc collection incorporates bold and vibrant colors that are iconic to the Crocs shoes.
Specifics: The Crocs eyewear collection includes 12 adult styles and uses an assortment of high quality materials featuring ultra-lightweight stainless steel and hypo-allergenic silicone rubber.
Selling Points: The high-tech materials used to make the frames lightweight are also include a flexible polymer for the wearer with an active lifestyle. The styles will feature soft curving designs for women and clean-cut designs for men. According to A&A Optical, the collection interprets the “relaxed and distinctly fun Crocs spirit,” and is available this month.

Quick Take: L’Amy America has expanded their Vision’s collection to now include a sub-collection of value memory metal frames, the MemoryMetal collection.
Specifics: Five new models have been added to the Vision’s MemoryMetal collection, providing quality eyewear that is functional, stylish and affordable. The frames are lightweight and resilient to withstand everyday abuse, as well as being hypo-allergenic and corrosion resistant.
Selling Points: The MemoryMetal designs include V214, V215 and V216, all featuring memory metal bridge and temples. The V214 frame is a minimalist, semi-rimless design in a rectangular shape. Extended endpieces and a textured detail on the temples offer this men’s style some flair, the company said. The V215 frame is also in a rectangular shape, but has a linear detail on the endpieces. The V216 frame is an ultra-lightweight, rectangular frame with softened edges. Its extended endpieces connect to a portion of the temples, boasting a textured pattern detail. The MemoryMetal Temple collection is catered to the younger consumer who is non-progressive, and includes the V217 and V218 styles with memory metal temples. The V217 frame is a semi-rimless, rectangular frame with clean lines and a super thin design that provides comfort and durability. The V218 frame is made for those with an active lifestyle. Its rectangular shape is paired with a sport bridge and has a classic architectural detail highlighted on the endpiece.

Marchon has introduced the Chloé Dafne sunglass style for winter. Spy’s Crosstown Collection Adds Styles

Spy introduced four new styles and a multitude of colorways to its Crosstown Collection, a premium line of handmade frames inspired by the brand’s West Coast heritage. The new styles include the Trancas, Mulholland, Emerson and Presidio, all of which feature Spy’s Happy Lens, rich acetate, mixed metal accents and lustrous details. The Trancas comes in six different frame/lens color options in a premium leather case with leather leash. The Mulholland features a geometric shape in stainless steel and handmade acetate in four colorways. The Emerson has a simple shape with strong metal details, also in four colors. Kimiko Releases New Additions to the Kerf Line

Kimiko has added styles to its Kerf collection. In the Kerf Frappe line, colorful, very light frames come with a new patent pending screw less "Loop Hinge" and fronts featuring a rubber finished double layered plastic with rubber covered beta titanium temples. The five Frappe styles come in colors like mango, cassis, swirl, blumix, mint, passion and mist. Named Frappe because the frames are "delicious, colorful and light,” each one weighs only about 10 grams. Kimiko also introduces the Kerf Deck Collection. According to the company, Deck is the most "cool" hipster in modern slang. The line has four styles in four colors each.
