Charmant Adds Styles to CFX Concept Flex Collection

Selling Points: A highly flexible memory metal series coupled with the Charmant Group’s experience and high manufacturing standards, Concept Flex sets a new benchmark in flexible metal frames. CFX Plus offers customization at the end tip with a metal core wire to ensure superior fitting comfort. CFX Sport is the “high performance” segment that is designed with a more “sporty” look and feel. Each style is equipped with double injected temple tips for a better grip. Model CX7177 is a “Plus” full frame in contemporary lens shape design with NT bridge and twin wire NT temples. Model CX7267 is a “Sport” frame featuring a clean profile, full rim and two-tone colored temple design with slip free elastomer double injected temple tips; while model CX7268, also a “Sport” frame, features a full rim, square shape and plastic temples in gradient color effect.

L’Amy America’s Columbia Eyewear Collection Debuts Extended Size Titanium Series

Quick Take: L’Amy America, a division of global eyewear group TWC-L’Amy, has announced the worldwide launch of new styles that expand on its Columbia Eyewear Extended Size collection.
Specifics: Four model ophthalmic titanium series for men.
Selling Points: The new models feature pure titanium frame fronts, combined with H-90 injection-molded temples. “We’ve combined the ultimate in frame comfort and frame performance with our signature Extended Size fit. Titanium strength and H-90 featherweight comfort together create a frame perfectly suited for outdoor adventure and the urban commute alike,” said worldwide business unit manager, Connie Reiss. The new series is comprised of four unique shapes, named Aldridge Park, a rimless rectangle; Bennet Pass, a sport oval; Black Butte, a rimless modified rectangle; and Buck Mountain, a narrow rectangle. Temples are first constructed of Columbia’s exclusive H-90 material for comfort and durability, and then bi-injected with Gripol rubber inserts for a soft touch and grippage. Bi-color temple designs with earth-colored frame fronts provide safe color choice for the more conservative taste, but still feature enough sport accent for the more trend conscious.
