Quick Take:
Revo has announced the release of new sunglass styles for Spring 2012.
Specifics: With a rich heritage in glass lenses, and on the heels of the 2011 Water lens debut, Revo is offering a Revo Crystal Water lens in three new styles - the Headway, Windspeed and Square Classic. To complement these introductions, Revo is also offering the Descend, a rimless style with four Serilium (polycarbonate) lens shape options.
Selling Points: Revo Crystal lenses are built from Revo’s proprietary high-grade optical glass that is highly scratch resistant. ZIG Eyewear Adds New Ophthalmic Styles

More Images
Quick Take:
Zig Eyewear, designed by Montreal-based designer Cendrine Obadia, has added new styles to their Ziggy by Cendrine O. and Jean Reno by Cendrine O. lines.
Specifics: 16 new ophthalmic styles with hot-off-the-runway appeal.
Selling Points: This spring, Cendrine O. gathered inspiration from her travels around the globe to create her newest releases in the Ziggy by Cendrine O. and Jean Reno by Cendrine O. lines, all of which complement this spring’s hottest trends on the runways. Strong themes in this spring’s line include retro, cat-eye looks and mod, round frames (ladylike looks and 1960s references ruled the runway); graphic, eye-catching shapes (reminiscent of this spring’s bold print separates); refined, minimalist silhouettes (quiet neutrals and clean-lined looks are big); and embellished, ornate frames that reference florals and botanicals, with a splash of the exotic. Some of Cendrine’s newest designs incorporate a new technique with the use of epoxy as the main structure of the frame. The styles also incorporate techniques such as pressed metals, laser-cut detailing, banded metals and multi-dimensional artistry. Retailers can view all available models, as well as detailed photographs of all color options, and place an order directly to ZIG Eyewear through the company’s password protected online catalogue which was specifically designed for a retailer to demonstrate directly alongside their customer.
