Specifics: Seven styles total. Two luxury styles, one sun and one optical, made totally of real lace inside the acetate. Five fashion styles, two sun and three optical, with real lace in the temple or in the front.
Selling Points: The Lace collection is characterized by authentic Dolce&Gabbana lace inserted within the layers of the acetate frames. The collection includes two luxury frames: the oversized DG 4116 sun style and the progressive-friendly DG 3116 optical style. Optically, the fashion styles include: the DG 3063M, an acetate model with a solid colored front coupled with authentic lace temples; the DG3115, an acetate shape with the lace inserted in the front; and the progressive-friendly DG1218, a metal rimless shape with lace temples and flex hinges. For sun, the DG 4111M is a generous cat’s-eye available with authentic lace inserted in either the frames or temples paired with corresponding colored acetate, while the DG 4119 is an oversized, rounded square style. The lenses of all sun models from Dolce&Gabbana Lace Collection are Rx-able. Following the success of the Animalier advertising campaign, Naomi Campbell is the face of the Dolce&Gabbana Lace eyewear campaign.
