The Oscars are fast approaching on Feb. 22 and the Best Picture category is chock full of amazing films. In this week's edition of Bold Face, we highlight three of this year's contenders and the stars who win Bold Face's award for Best Sunwear...

David Oyelowo stars as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in the Oscar-nominated film Selma. The unforgettable true story chronicles the tumultuous three-month period in 1965, when King led a dangerous campaign to secure equal voting rights in the face of violent opposition. The epic march from Selma, Ala., to Montgomery, Ala., culminated in President Johnson signing the Voting Rights Act of 1965, one of the most significant victories for the Civil Rights Movement. Bradley Cooper stars in the blockbuster hit American Sniper, a film that has garnered six Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture and Best Actor for Cooper. The film, based on the book American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History by Chris Kyle, tells the story of the deadliest marksman in U.S. military history. Cooper stars as Chris Kyle, a married Texan who goes from rodeo cowboy to Navy SEAL to American war hero. Cooper wears the Wiley X Saint tactical sunglasses throughout the film.

Emma Stone stars in another one of the Academy's Best Picture nominees, Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance). A black comedy drama film directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu and starring Michael Keaton, both of whom garnered their own award nods. Keaton plays a faded Hollywood actor famous for his superhero role struggling to mount a Broadway play. Stone plays his daughter, assistant and a recovering addict; a role that has earned the 26 year old her own Best Actress in a Supporting Role nomination. Stone is currently wrapping her own Broadway role as Sally Bowles in Cabaret and was recently snapped wearing the Persol 3105S sunglasses from Luxottica while out in NYC.
