MORRIS PLAINS, N.J.—Charmant USA held its National Sales Meeting from November 14—17, 2019, at The Westin Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. Over the course of the four-day event, the Charmant team, including executives, the nationwide sales force, and guests, celebrated the company’s 2019 achievements and planned for 2020.

These celebrations included recognizing Line Art’s 10-year anniversary, Eddie Bauer’s 100th anniversary and ELLE’s 75th anniversary. In addition, vice president of sales, Jean Simone, and Charmant USA president Masakiyo Honjo presented sales achievement awards at the event.

This year, the Region of the Year Award was awarded to regional sales manager Mark Shannon, for the Southwest Region. The Rookie of the Year Award was awarded to Julia Pickarts from Poynette, Wisconsin. The Rep of the Year Award was awarded to Barbara Bontz, out of La Salle, Illinois. The sales representative with the highest percent increase in net sales was Nathan Fank, out of Prattville, Alabama.

In addition, Charmant recognized the top 10 overall sales representatives with the 2019 Circle of Excellence Award. This year’s representatives were: Barbara Bontz, Judy Boyd, Christine Collins, Keith Cook, Dane Dierks, Roger Fitzsimon, Stokes Garner, Stacy Latham, Heather Miller, and Don Swafford.

Sales representatives with 25 or more years with Charmant were also recognized. These were: Mary Kate Garner and Koos Van Witzenburg for 27 years of service; and Stokes Garner, Francesca Ilaria and Traci Williams with 25 years of service. Stokes Garner was also celebrated as his retirement was announced.
