TAMPA, Fla.—The Power Practice has promoted two executives to senior roles within the group. Paul Ferraro, a 12-year Power Practice veteran, has been named executive vice president. In this new role, he will develop and oversee the company’s strategic plan, identify growth opportunities, and build relationships with vendor partners. Ferraro has 30 years of experience in the optometric industry, in sales leadership and account management. "His strengths include a tremendous passion for independent optometry, a reputation for exceptional relationship building, an extremely high level of integrity, and a dedication to the pursuit of business and personal excellence," the announcement said.

Denise Kolker was appointed vice president of operations, and will coordinate daily operations, financial management, and the annual client retreat. Kolker has held multiple positions within The Power Practice during her tenure with the company, including serving as a business management coach for clients, which she will continue to do in her new role.
