NEW YORK—Barry S. Honig, president and CEO of TruckPay, Inc., a start-up logistics technology company and president of Honig International, an executive search and management consulting firm, has joined the board of directors of Lighthouse Guild, the leading not-for-profit vision and health care organization dedicated to providing exceptional services that inspire people who are visually impaired to attain their goals. Honig is a graduate of Columbia University School of Engineering and was the first blind graduate of the Bronx High School of Science.

He is dedicated to helping people who are disabled and those with other special needs. Honig serves as a member of the board of Freedom Guide Dogs and has also served on the national board of directors of Recordings for the Blind and Dyslexic (RFBD) as well as Alphapointe, an organization dedicated to providing manufacturing and technology jobs, technology training, and vision care to visually impaired individuals.
