Top Line: The next episode of InsideVision TV will air Wednesday, July 1, at 9:30 a.m. EDT, the 12th show of the New England College of Optometry (NECO) and Sector Media Group’s InsideVision YouTube Channel. The live program is anchored by NECO president and CEO Howard Purcell, OD, FAAO, with Erik Liljegren, InsideVision correspondent at-large. Stated Dr. Purcell, “Twelve weeks ago InsideVision was born. The concept for the show was to deliver timely, relevant information to the industry regarding ‘the road back.’ It was our intent to deliver actionable ideas for large and small businesses and practices. As we end this first 12-week series we wanted to take a look back through the eyes of four of the primary contributors to the show. We will revisit the highlights and most compelling moments with analysis from our two guest hosts, along with us." Holly Rush is the former CEO of Costa del Mar, where she led the transformation of the brand and organization. She joined the optical industry and Luxottica in 2011, and was subsequently named president of the N.A. wholesale division in 2013. She joined Costa in 2016. Dr. John Rumpakis is president and CEO of Practice Resource Management, Inc., a firm that specializes in providing a full array of consulting, appraisal, and management services for healthcare professionals and industry partners. He has developed some of the leading Internet‐based software applications for the medical/eyecare field such as ReimbursementPLUS.com, the industry leading cloud‐based CPT CodeData and Information Service and WhatsMyPracticeWorth.com, a dynamic online practice appraisal tool. Dr. Rumpakis is a popular lecturer both nationally and internationally. He is a 1984 graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry. Dr. Rumpakis has created and delivered the content for “Something To Think About” for InsideVision for the past 10 weeks.
