BOULDER, Colo.—Treehouse Eyes, a leader in myopia management treatment, has made key additions to its leadership team to fuel the next phase of growth to help more children get myopia treatment. These leadership announcements will enable the company to accelerate growth in both their partnership and dedicated center models, according to the company. Dr. Thanh Mai, OD, FSLS, joined Treehouse Eyes as VP, innovation and myopia development. In his role, Dr. Mai will lead the development of new tools to enable Treehouse Eyes’ practices to provide best in class myopia care efficiently and effectively.

Dr. Mai is a partner at Insight Vision Center Optometry in Costa Mesa, Calif. and an adjunct professor at the Southern California College of Optometry. In this newly created role, he is looking at new frontiers such as AI and machine learning, investigating innovative technology to improve the patient experience and working closely with Treehouse Eyes practices around the country to support training and implementation.

Rachel Donovan joined Treehouse Eyes in the newly created role of VP, marketing and brings over 20 years of health care marketing experience, focusing on brand strategy, growth marketing and patient engagement. She takes over a high performing team as Treehouse Eyes has increased its investment in expanding patient growth for pediatric myopia management nationally.

Kyle Bigos is an eyecare industry veteran who has joined Treehouse Eyes in a new role as director of center operations. In this role, he leads expansion efforts of the dedicated center model into more cities and oversees operations of existing centers. Bigos has extensive experience in growing successful optometric practice groups and in expansion focused on both new sites and acquisitions.
