ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Think About Your Eyes, a national public awareness campaign presented by The Vision Council and the American Optometric Association that aims to promote the importance of getting an annual comprehensive eye exam with an optometrist, today announced Eyemart Express as the latest industry partner to lend its support to the national campaign. Eyemart Express is a doctor-founded company that for more than 30 years has been providing quality eyewear that is affordable, quick, and stylish, the announcement said.

“We can’t imagine a better way to celebrate our 30th Anniversary than joining this important campaign,” said Paula Puleo Blomquist, Eyemart Express chief marketing and merchandising officer. “Since our opening in 1990, we have been ensuring that consumers can address their eyewear needs with fashionable, same-day, affordable solutions.”

Eyemart Express joins a growing collective of eyecare industry partners, along with The Vision Council and the American Optometric Association, in providing resources for Think About Your Eyes’ national awareness efforts.
