COPPELL, Texas—As the demand for Neurolens has grown, the company has announced that Cherry Optical Lab will be the domestic lab distribution partner for Neurolens moving forward. With this new partnership, Neurolens providers can expect best-in-class customer support, exacting production process and quality standards, expanded production capabilities enabling wider product offering, and faster turn times, the companies said. “We strive to be one of the most customer-centric companies in the optical industry, so we were actively seeking a production partner that could deliver excellent-quality lenses quickly with an almost fanatical focus on customer care,” said Davis Corley, CEO of neurolens.

“Cherry Optical Lab came up time and time again in discussions with our eyecare provider partners, and we knew from our first meeting that they were an ideal partner for neurolens as we continue to scale,” Corley added.

Current and new Neurolens providers have been transitioning to Cherry Optical Lab in a phased approach since April to ensure minimal friction for the practices. 100 percent of Neurolens providers that have transitioned to Cherry Optical Lab consider the transition process to be relatively seamless, and 94 percent of these practices agreed that the partnership between Neurolens and Cherry Optical Lab will have a positive impact on their practice and patients, the announcement said.

Under the leadership of Adam Cherry, president of Cherry Optical Lab, the organization continues to expand operations, invest in the world’s best technology and find ways to deliver excellent customer experiences. “Our two organizations are committed to giving independent eyecare providers more opportunities to positively impact their customers,” said Cherry. “This partnership is a natural fit from multiple standpoints: mission, culture and business direction.”
