NORWALK, Conn.—IDOC has announced the addition of two outstanding keynote speakers to the agenda of its upcoming national conference, The Connection 2022, which is scheduled for Feb. 24-26 in Orlando, Fla, the organization said. The three-day event will return to a live and in-person format this year after being held on a virtual platform in 2021. The conference theme, “Inspiring Innovation,” will provide new insight into the critical role of business innovation in private practice success, according to IDOC’s announcement this week.

Supporting this theme with keynote sessions are leading speakers and innovators Tiffany Lanier and Amy Jo Martin.

On Thursday, Feb. 24, Tiffany Lanier, speaker, wellness advocate, and founder of The Morning Shift Co., will present “Own Your Shift: Turn Your Season of Change Into Your Season of Possibility,” where she will inspire attendees to create conscious shifts in how they show up in their lives, leadership, and careers.
