VM brings you the latest information from optical companies and organizations responding to the coronavirus. Fassamano has introduced face mask compatible reading glasses. The glasses are made without temples and are worn around the neck to create more space between the face and the lens. This added space and the ability to remove the reading glasses when they are not being used means the lenses are less likely to fog up when worn with a face mask. Fassamano said the reading glasses are ideal for pharmacists in particular.

The reading glasses weigh 20 grams, and are available in nine colors and textures. They guarantee a correction of presbyopia from +1 to +3.5. and are adaptable with customized prescription lenses.
