TAMPA, Fla.—Sight360, a comprehensive vision care services organization, announced it has acquired Prado Vision Center, an ophthalmology and optometric practice with two locations in the greater Tampa Bay area. The strategic partnership expands Sight360’s footprint in Hillsborough County with locations in Tampa and Brandon. Founded in 1999 by ophthalmologist Antonio Prado, MD, Prado Vision and its physicians practice full scope optometry and ophthalmology care including an optical retail center. “I am extremely proud of the care we deliver and the practice that we’ve built,” said Dr. Prado. “I am very excited to join the Sight360 team to continue our shared mission of providing comprehensive vision services to members of our Tampa community.”
