TAMPA, Fla.—Clear Sight Partners (CSP), a portfolio company of Spanos Barber Jesse (SBJ) operating 16 vision care clinics in Florida, announced Monday its intention to rebrand the managed services company and all of its clinics to Sight360. The rebranding comes only 10 months after the announcement of the partnership between seven vision practices with 16 locations to collectively form one of the largest vertically integrated vision care providers in the West and Central Florida area, according to the announcement.

The formation of the group, with SBJ’s backing, was reported by VMAIL earlier this year.

The name Sight360 represents the full-scope of services offered by the vision care group across all dimensions of the three Os of eyecare—ophthalmology, optometry and optical retail services. The benefit of the 360-degree-approach is one universal patient experience, shared across all clinicians, team members and locations, as well as with referring physicians and other relevant provider-partners, to ensure continuity of care, according to the announcement.

“Not only do we share a single medical record that allows us to collaborate and coordinate patient care across all locations and providers, but more importantly, we share a common belief and set of principles that guide us toward our vision,” Brian Hauser, chief executive officer of Sight360, said. “We want to seamlessly unite ophthalmology, optometry and optical retail services for the benefit of our patients.”

The company also unveiled its new logo and plans to rebrand aspects of their clinics as early as November. The company said it anticipates a full rebrand to be completed in 2022, including a new website at www.sight360.com.

Sight 360 currently operates 16 clinics and treats more than 100,000 patients under the seven legacy brands, including Pasadena Eye Center, Pasadena Surgery Center, Eye Associates of Pinellas, Gulf Coast Retina Specialists, Ryczek Eye Associates, Vision Specialty Associates and Opti-mart.

Across its organization, Sight360 has 14 ODs, nine ophthalmologists and a total of more than 160 staff members, according to its website.

Together, the group provides a comprehensive range of eyecare services, including ophthalmology, optometry, optical procedures and related surgeries for cataracts, retina diseases, glaucoma and cosmetics.
