PARIS—Silmo announced its 2022 Silmo d’Or Award Winners on Saturday, September 24. The Silmo d’Or Award winners are chosen by a jury each year; this year, interior architect and designer Jun Gobron acted as jury president, as reported by VMAIL this August. The awards are made up of 10 categories: Children, Sport, Vision, Low Vision, Optical Frame Brands & Labels, Sunglasses Brands & Labels, Technological Innovation in Eyewear, Connected Products, Sunglasses Eyewear Designer, Optical Frame Eyewear Designer; and two special awards, the Premiere Classe Award and the Jury Award.
