LEHI, Utah—Solutionreach, a provider of patient management systems, is partnering with Chart Talk, a cloud-based practice management, billing and electronic health record system for medical providers.

According to a statement from the two companies, the partnership will improve the patient-provider relationship for Chart Talk users and their patients, allow providers to collaborate with patients more easily using phone, email, and text reminders, surveys and newsletters and provide an enhanced implementation and user experience for Chart Talk customers.
