De Rigo REM Names Jim Sepanek New Vice President of Sales and Marketing

SUN VALLEY, Calif—De Rigo REM announced that Jim Sepanek has been named the company’s new vice president of sales and marketing.
Sepanek will be vital in strengthening the company’s overall sales efforts, primarily focusing on the development and execution of key sales plans and leading an updated brand and marketing strategy to further reinforce De Rigo REM’s business goals, the company said.
Sepanek brings nearly 25 years of industry experience to this role with De Rigo REM and formerly served as the vice president of brand and product development for REM from 1998 to 2008. Most recently, he was the executive vice president at SPY where he was a key force in elevating and evolving the brand globally as well as revamping the way in which the company approached business, product development and customer relations. Prior to that, Sepanek had significant roles at Signature Eyewear and REVO.
Sepanek earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Michigan State University and a Masters of Business Administration from California State University, San Jose.
Janna I. Neal Appointed to Vice President of Operations at Zyloware Eyewear

PORT CHESTER, N.Y.—Zyloware Eyewear recently promoted Janna I. Neal to vice president of operations.
Neal joined Zyloware in 2002 as sales administrator to Zyloware’s direct sales team and has 15 years of industry experience in operations management. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Neal was promoted to customer service manager and then to director of operations.
In this new role, Neal will continue to enhance strategic direction, growth and profitability, the company said. She will oversee all operations within the company and her responsibilities will include collaboration with other departments to help identify, establish and execute Zyloware’s vision. She will also be assisting with implementation of programs including new technology, budgeting and customer efficiency.
