The VM LIVE event will be held Wednesday, Sept. 17 just prior to the start of Vision Expo West. Seating is limited but registration is still open for the event, which will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., followed by a one-hour cocktail reception at The Venetian Hotel. Previously-announced industry leaders will be discussing some of the technology tools they use and share their views about how technology is modernizing the eyewear retail environment. Among those are: Richard Edlow, OD, president, Katzen Eye Group; Eric Anderson, president and general manager, LensCrafters; and Jonathan Rosin, MD, co-owner, Rosin Eyecare. “All retailers and ECPs are asking: does my operation’s brand experience meet the expectations of today’s omni-channel shoppers and discriminating patients?,” said Axelrad. “ VM LIVE will illustrate some current approaches being used and update executive decision makers about this important change.” Premier sponsors for “Digitizing The Store” include ABS-SmartMirror and Adlens. Registration and fee details for VM LIVE are posted here.
