(NASDAQ:EYE) has announced the pricing of a previously announced secondary offering of its common stock by certain stockholders, including affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and private equity funds managed by Berkshire Partners LLC. The 12,000,000 shares of National Vision in the secondary offering were set to be offered at a price of $33 per share, according to an announcement late last week. National Vision completed its initial public offering in October 2017, as VMAIL reported, and raised roughly $350 million via the stock offering. The shares in the oversubscribed IPO were priced at $22 per share. The secondary offering was announced last week, as VMAIL reported. No shares in the secondary offering were sold by National Vision, according to the announcement. The selling stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the offering, which closed Monday, March 19, according to the announcement. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Jefferies and KKR Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. A registration statement, including a prospectus, relating to these securities was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
