ST. LOUIS—EyeCare Partners, LLC (ECP) has announced its acquisition of Warrior Eye Care, the Warrior, Ala.-based optometry practice of Dr. Faye Andrews, OD. Warrior Eye Care has been a provider of vision care products and personalized optometric services in Warrior for more than 24 years, offering comprehensive vision exams and specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of eye diseases. “Dr. Andrews has built a highly reputable practice over the last two and a half decades, and her addition to the ECP team immediately improves our ability to provide great patient care in Jefferson County and beyond,” said Dr. James Wachter, chief professional officer of ECP.

According to Dr. Andrews, “I wanted to form a relationship with an organization of like-minded individuals who would see what I had done to provide the best eyecare I was capable of, and be able to continue in the same direction. I found that ECP provided the same kind of care to my patients, who I have been devoted to throughout my career.”

In response to questions regarding the integration process, Dr. Andrews noted, “The entire organization at ECP has been driven to make sure there is no interruption in services offered to my patients, who have honored and trusted me with their care.”

Kelly McCrann, CEO of ECP, added, “ECP is continually focused on expanding its geographic footprint with high quality, full-scope medical optometry practices. Warrior Eye Care is just that, and we are thrilled to have Dr. Andrews and the Warrior staff join the ECP family.”
