CLEARWATER, Fla.—Visibility Management announced that Estrella Parter has joined the consulting team as a senior partner. Parter joins the Visibility Management team with extensive experience in vision industry management and training. Her areas of expertise include profitability, strategic account management and customer satisfaction in the retail optical industry.

The company noted that Parter is accomplished in building and sustaining key customer partnerships, analyzing issues and customer needs, aligning and mobilizing resources, and providing solutions. Ms. Parter has been recognized for her superior training and on-boarding skills that are strengthened by her being bilingual.”

Parter, a licensed optician, has a long career in the optical industry including managerial roles at U.S. Vision.
