HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.—ClearVision Optical has announced the relaunch of its original brand, ClearVision, as CVO Eyewear. The new branding strategy, launched in 2018, coincides with the original collection’s 50th anniversary.

The new CVO Eyewear offers a broad range for customers seeking value-driven eyewear options. This rebranding involves the consolidation and expansion of several house brands into one collection and is intended to expand product offerings and improve overall customer experience, the company said. These include not only the ClearVision brand but also Red Raven, Junction City, DuraHinge and PuriTi.

The new CVO Eyewear is segmented into three sub-brands offering ECPs a straightforward method of understanding each frame’s strength. These new categories include: CVO Classic which are best-selling signature silhouetted eyewear for men and women; CVO Next which includes eyewear for Millennial men and women who want a designer-inspired look and CVO Tech which incorporates special hinges and premium materials.
