Uzo Aduba isn’t a criminal. She just plays one on TV. She plays Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren, a mentally unstable inmate serving time in federal prison whose personality makes her a target for jokes and ridicule, on the Netflix original series, Orange is the New Black. Although Crazy Eyes frequently gets made fun of, no one is making fun of Aduba’s acting abilities, as she was nominated this year for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series. Socialite, Paris Hilton, has quite the pedigree – she is the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, the founder of Hilton Hotels. She was born in NYC and raised both there and in Beverly Hills, Calif. But even a life of privilege couldn’t keep her out of trouble or from behind bars. In September 2006, Hilton was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and had her license suspended. The next year she was pulled over for driving with a suspended license and a month later was caught again speeding with a suspended license. L.A. prosecutors charged her for violating the terms of her probation and on May 4, 2007 she was sentenced to 45 days in jail. She ultimately served out her sentence, and today the 33 year-old keeps a relatively low profile. Chris Brown is very polarizing figure. People either love him or love to hate him. Honestly, Bold Face would usually not feature him due to his particular brand of law breaking but it’s hard to do a jail themed celebrity round up and NOT include him. So here you have it. Recent reports cite that Brown is adhering to the terms of his probation and doing well following his release from jail in June. He had been jailed from mid-March until early June for violating his probation by getting into an altercation outside a Washington, D.C., hotel last year.
